The first release of Circumstantial Corn
70% torrefied corn 30% malted barley, fermented with mead & distillers yeast for 12 days.
Matured for 36 months on a combination of 5 different charred spindles (British oak, English chestnut, Cherrywood, Maplewood & Hickory wood) and a 60L new Andean oak cask.
Tasting note - Zesty and fresh. Aromas of lemon sherbet and candy floss with soft maple sweetness and a grassy finish.
