Circumstantial Barley 3:20:1:23:37

Our third release of Barley Grain Spirit.

This spirit is a blend of raw, malted and smoked barley fermented for 12 days on French Saison and a hybrid Irish ale yeast.

Aged for 37 months on charred British oak spindle, charred hickory spindle and rested on ex-bourbon cask.

Tasting notes - Aromas of espresso and dark chocolate with creme caramel sweetness and stout-like bitter notes finished with orange zest crispness.
